Disclosed is a method and system for creation of auto-reply messages based on a user’s cognitive state, relationship with calling/requesting party and context of message/call. The system continuously monitors a user’s cognitive state by gathering biometric data associated with the user. In an embodiment, the system gathers biometric data through various wearable devices associated with the user. The system also monitors NFC/mobile-to-mobile communication to identify people are around the user. Similarly, the system also utilizes microphones of the users’ devices to analyse spoken contents to identify user’s emotions and to determine activities being performed by the user. Further, the system also derives location information based on the sound/noise captured by the microphones. Moving on, as the user receives a message/email from another user, the system analyses content of the message to derive the context of the communication. At this stage, the system also extracts relationship between the users. The system scans through corporate report structure to identify managers, colleagues, and reports. The system also scans social media, emails, calendars for identifying friends and family. Similarly, the system can also identify clients.
